Great Ness Oil continue to supply Waitrose with their 500ml Classic Rapeseed Oil. This is a premium product, well worth a visit to their oil section. Remember rapeseed oil contains half the saturated fat of olive oil. It is ten times higher in Omega 3 and three times the levels of Omega 6 than olive oil. Fantastic for use in high temperature cooking because it has a burn point of 230º so it is just so versatile. Available at Waitrose Wolverhampton, Sandbach and Newport Shropshire.
